With our guides your experience of a jogging tour in Helsinki will be much more than sweat and anonymous houses passing by. This is the city that we know and love. We want to share our experiences with you, in a fun and environmentally friendly way.
Jogging Helsinki offers a variety of tours, all year round. Together with us you can go jogging, walking or Nordic walking (walking with poles). We also customize tours and would love to take you e.g. on a trail running tour to a nearby forest or on a Nordic Walking tour to Suomenlinna fortress.
You get the opportunity to discuss Finland, Finnish society and culture. Our guides have experience of social politics, journalism, sports, education, foreign affairs etc.

Jogging Helsinki was originally established in 2006 by Lina Laurent, a freelance journalist and entrepreneur. She wanted to offer visitors a possibility to see Helsinki in the best way – running or walking together with a local guide. As a journalist Lina Laurent has a good knowledge of current topics in Finnish society. As a trainer in intercultural communication she wants to spread knowledge and understanding of Finland and especially Helsinki.
Today we offer running and walking tours in Helsinki for individuals and families. We also offer personal trainer services for you who wish to get more out of your training.
