Our users' privacy is of extreme importance to us.

We receive, collect and store relevant information from and about our customers as long as is needed for us to be able to provide our services. We collect our customers name, address, phone number, e-mail address and billing information. When needed the information is shared with companies we collaborate with, for example hotels that gather jogging or walking groups. In those cases only the necessary information is shared for us to be able to check for example that all customers assigned for a group have arrived.  

 

Jogging Helsinki shares the information about the customers with the company's accountant, and if needed with tax and other authorities. The invoices are stored as long as regulated by law. We do not sell the data to third parties.
